I was heavily involved with developing and strategizing a new mobile application for the company. I was involved in everything from the initial screening of several mobile app developers, to working with third-party payment gateways and back-office API’s, to directing the marketing team in creating compelling content that would be useful for the customers, involving shareable marketing videos, trainings, promotions, and back-office dashboards.

I also managed the mobile app notifications and communications. I was also able to leverage the mobile app as an on-boarding tool for new customers, that help teach FDA compliance and specialized trainings about the company and products. I refreshed content and campaigns on the mobile app weekly and monthly and annually depending on the campaign.
